The Sales Specialist is responsible for the promotion and support of the sales goals of the community you work within. They will report up to the Director of Sales. The primary responsibility will be lead/inquiry management and cultivation of potential residents. The Sales Specialist will actively participate in the daily sales community efforts: including but not limited to conducting new lead discovery, inquiry follow up, event organization and development, tours and outreach referral management. All employees for BMG must have a passion for helping seniors and assisting the ongoing efforts to create a first choice experience for our residents.
The Dishwasher/Steward is responsible for assisting the kitchen manager and Director of Dining Services. Responsibilities include prepping, serving, plating, stocking, cleaning and assisting with inventory control.
The Personal Assistant provides and documents resident care. All employees are expected to model professionalism, compassion and will promote teamwork. The personal assistant is the first responder to resident calls and promptly reports changes of condition.
The Cook is responsible for preparing and serving food in a manner consistent with Blake Management Group’s standards of excellence. The cook is generally charged with preparing and plating meals on a day to day basis, but will also be required to assist with any and all dining events such as family gatherings and special occasions/holidays. Success of this position will be measured by resident satisfaction, organization, consistency, cleanliness, quality of work and timeliness in preparation.
The Concierge Reception Representative monitors the front entrance; greets and assists residents and guests; answers phones; assist with tours; and completes general administrative tasks which support the front office, marketing and all departments.
The Server is responsible for coordinating table service for residents and communicating with front and back of house personnel. The Server will also be responsible for insuring that all residents received gracious hospitality and prompt service as prescribed by company standards.
The Licensed Practical Nurse and/or the Registered Nurse is responsible for providing resident care and to perform those tasks that require a valid nursing license. General responsibilities include obtaining vital signs; administering medications; administering treatments; coordinating and documenting resident care; communicating with physicians and other health care providers; interacting with family members; and supervising the direct care provided by unlicensed personal care assistants. Nurses will perform only those tasks within the scope of their applicable board of nursing. All wellness employees report directly to the Director of Wellness. Licensed nurses may be required to be on-call and/or to participate in the manager-on-duty program.
The Memory Care Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operations and the provision of quality care to residents living in The Blake Memory Care Community. The Memory Care Coordinator hires, trains, supervises and schedules staff members. The Memory Care Coordinator alerts the Director of Wellness when a resident has a change of condition. General responsibilities include: coordinating services from dietary, maintenance and housekeeping departments; maintaining a clean and attractive environment; ensuring state and federal regulations are maintained; ensuring staffing levels remain above state regulations; utilizing the VIGIL dementia system to maintain a secure and safe environment; ensuring residents enjoy daily activities that are structured and well organized.
