Reward Opportunities

If a referred prospect moves into the community within 180 days of a referral form submission and all other program requirements are met, a referral reward credit of $2,000 will be awarded to the referring employee.

Eligibility

Eligibility Requirements for Employees:

  • The employee must be full-time or part-time status (PRN is not eligible).
  • The employee making the referral must complete the referral form online for the referred prospect. Failure to submit a completed form makes the referral ineligible for the program.
  • The referred prospect must be a new lead.
  • The referred prospect must be private pay.
  • Respite stays are ineligible.

Eligibility Requirements for New Referred Residents:

  • The referred resident must be a new lead.
  • The referred resident must be private pay.
  • Upon moving in, the referred resident must maintain financial responsibility for 45 days with no outstanding balance on their account.
  • Respite stays are ineligible.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Referral reward incentives cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.
  • All incentives and eligibility are subject to additional review and verification.
  • CRDs and EDs are not eligible.
  • The Resident Referral program will be honored by all Claiborne communities.

Employee Referral

Reward Opportunities Up to $1000!!!

There are four reward opportunities for referring an employee! If a referred candidate completes 30 days of continuous employment as a part or full-time employee, referring Employee achieves a $100 bonus; after 90 days, referring Employee achieves a $200 bonus; after 180 days, referring Employee achieves a $200 bonus; after 1 year, referring Employee achieves a $500 bonus.

  • The employee must be currently employed and in good standing.
  • The employee making the referral must complete the referral form online for the referred employee. Failure to submit a completed online form makes the referral ineligible.
  • The new referred employee must be a new applicant (not having applied in the last 12 months).
  • The new referred employee must be full-time or part-time status.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • All incentives and eligibility are subject to additional review and verification.
  • Former employees are not eligible.
  • The employee referral program will be honored by all Claiborne communities.
